Zenkitty: Craigslist?
I don't know how you chronic insomnia people do it. I've had two nights of crap sleep and I am going to die, I swear.
God, right? I'll be like wah wah wah, six hours of sleep! When other people are lucky to get that much. Still sucks, though.
And, my hot water's out. FML.
Argh!
Joy! I made a Fruit Sip yesterday and am having it warm for breakfast. so yum. I used to make this every winter, but haven't in the last 5 or so years. yum yum yum.
haircut today, also need to get to the PO and get some pictures printed out for holiday cards.
It's -18 degrees here. Actual temperature. I want to hibernate through this.
Damn...can't even imagine. It's been scarily warm here for the season(climate deniers can blow me) but it should be more normal by midweek.
Which is nowhere close to -18.
we've been down in the 20s and 30s in the mornings, but today? high of 75 predicted! I plan to do yardwork, I have T. Zebrina to transplant, some mums to get into the ground, and bulbs to plant.
Cash - that sucks. It's a balmy 9 degrees here.
Morning started with rum cake ( has been known to blow the oven door off some years) and mimosas (from which I abstained.)
I think a fuckload of nothing is getting done in this wing today.
It's 23 "feels like 8" here according to my browser widget. Actually not terrible except right outside my office, which is one of those freaky Manhattan wind tunnel streets where the buildings create a constant draft blowing EVEN COLDER AIR off the river and into my face.
Jesse: Craigslist is a strong possibility, but that involves me figuring out how to get photos from my camera into the infernal laptop device, which, it should be easy but I suspect it will involve a lot of hunting for lost cables and swearing, and right now I'm tempted to just drop it off at Goodwill and write it off my taxes. Of course, eventually I have to figure out the photo thing anyway, but the longer the rug stays here, the longer the cats have to destroy it... my stupid problems, let me iterate them. I would be dealing better with all the little annoyances this morning if I were not groggy from broken sleep.
Man, you should'a seen that paragraph before I fixed the typos.
