Let's talk about the Meadow Mountain Massacre!

Mountain Meadow, to be pedantic. But sure to be a conversational hit--if the missionary has heard about it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Whoa, Cliff Lee is going back to the Phillies.

That's an unbelievable rotation: Halladay, Lee, Oswalt, Hamels.

FU Yankees! Ha Ha.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

That's an unbelievable rotation: Halladay, Lee, Oswalt, Hamels.

Those sound like assassins.

Our wings are not tired.

An unbelievable rotation of guys that the Giants BEAT last year in the post season. ;)

(but I am happy because the Phils are my second fave team, I like Cliff Lee, and especially happy when players don't always go where the most $$$ is)

Those sound like assassins.

Oh, good, someone else went there. I read that list and thought, "Why does that sound so ominous?"

FU Yankees! Ha Ha.

Anything that brings sadness and misfortune to the Yankees makes me very happy indeed. I never feel particularly Bostonian until it comes to sports.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

When I lived in New York, my response to anything about the Red Sox was always, "I don't care about baseball, but I hate the Yankees!"

Hah. I would love to live in New York, and I think I could absolutely get behind the Mets just so I could support a local team. But I could move to NYC tomorrow and stay there until the day I die and I'm pretty sure I would still hate the Yankees.
