Thank you all for the lovely greetings. I just had a meeting which was interesting except the guy just kept talking and it became wah-wah-wah just like a Peanuts special. Mostly because I think I have a sinus infection, my head feels all wonky. Damn it.
I was going to see a movie tonight but I think I will go home and watch Precious Ramotswe solve crimes.
Happy birthday, Suela!! I think it should be illegal to have a sinus infection on your birthday. That's all kinds of not right.

Man, I'm tired. My only plan for this weekend is that I've got to take my cat to the vet.
I am a neglectful cat momma. I went to trim her claws and discovered that there is one I had somehow not trimmed in a, well, a long while and it appears to be ingrown. She did not express more than the usual protest when I was handling her toes so, I'm not sure what to think about that - except that I am horrified that I let her nails get that bad.
I have been there and cut that cat toenail.

He admitted he doesn't like when people work from home, but on the flip side, he has at least one employee that works remotely all the time. He says he's working on it.
Note to self: business dress Monday.

Yeah, my cat's nail had actually punctured the toe pad. But I just clipped it and kept an eye on it and it healed fine. She was about 7 at the time and in generally good, if fat, health.
