Dear Student: When there is a hold on your account, do not come into my office and ask me why. And then when I say "you owe us money", have the response be "so, I can just go pay that right now, right?" WTF? Or their computers. . . there was an issue earlier where we were reimaging the computers and I told everyone to move anything they wanted to keep to the share (networked) drive or to a disk or flashdrive and more than one lost all their work because they moved t hings to a folder on their desktop.
