Omg, the child in this doctors office is SHRIEKING so loud, and has been for a good ten minutes. Constantly, every breath. They just came into the office I'm in to get stuff to tie him down. Good lord.

So New Orleans is going MENTAL about this evening's game (Saints football for those who are unaware)- the city's closed, schools are letting out early, offices are closing early (including both mine and Tom's), the Post Office is closing early... there's a parade in the French Quarter before the game too.

so mac got to school around 10:30. Anything after 10am is considered an unexcused absence. We had to go talk to the counselor, and then I had to go to family therapy.
