Perkins, I've had good luck with ALO for things like Pilates, where I don't want wires doing uncomfortable things when I bend. It does give a slight uniboob effect, but not hideously so.
I like books. I just don't want to take on too much. Do they have an introduction to the modern blurb?

Perkins, I've had good luck with Champion brand bras. (One of which I used to refer to as my battle bra, since it practically doubled as armor. =Nothing= moved, and it wasn't pokey, either.)
