It's probably because you haven't seen Inception. It was for me, anyway. I'd never heard of him before I saw it.

Store them in the fridge, but eat them as soon as possible (they lose some sweetness as they age).

If you can grill them, do. Otherwise just dump them in boiling water, cover, and leave them there for 8-10 minutes.

You can fake grill by just tossing them in a hot oven too. Cut off the scraggly parts but otherwise don't shuck them.
