Barney Google, with the go-go-googley eyes
That's what I started humming immediately. Then I felt old.
and another entirely to say "To incoming students, the Soviet Union has never existed."
It's like saying "The United States has always been a country."
"The United States has always been a country."
WHAT, NOW?!?
WHY AM I JUST HEARING ABOUT THIS?
Steph, you made me laugh out loud at work.
I'm heartened that so many Buffistas are familiar with the Barney Google song.
Love hearing Grace giggle. She does sound like a dolphin.
Why am I at work? Why? And why can't I motivate myself to work?
Also, Aims- I think I just yelled at someone on your Facebook about that *%&@# Not!Mosque. I am sorry.
Hell no - do not apologize. Either Sophia or smonster or anyone. I like the discourse.
Besides, I was thought of as quite stupid and dumb in high school. Pwning my former classmates and having large numbers of people back me up is kind of satisfying, even after all these years and not quite giving a fuck if they get offended or not.

Me too. Although sometimes being here makes me forget what is common knowledge-- I was so confused when I found out that no one seems to know what absinthe is. I found this out when I made an "Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder joke" in front of a whole bunch of work people. So I started asking people if they know what absinthe is, and no one knows (even people who have seen Moulin Rouge! WTF?)
The Grace videos are utter joy. Thank you so much for sharing them. Making my day so far.
Suzi, your packing worked: when Brenda mentioned the box smelling I made the "bzzuh?" face, because there was absolutely no smell. Well, H claims he can smell plastic and bubble wrap, but he ain't right, anyway.
You who know me will not be surprised I started to repack the small bags by color, but I made myself stop that. I'll be swatching and culling my stuff again today and maybe tomorrow, and I should get the box back in the mail to Perkins by the end of the week.
