In terms of water reclamation: we have that law in Washington State, but it has been publicly proclaimed that it won't be enforced against residences.
When I see my dad this afternoon, I'm going to have to ask him about this. He is a water reclamation specialist.

Smonster - he is even a world renowed Water Reclamation specialist. I never know if he is off in Bahrain or India helping them set-up infrastructure or over in Florida speaking at a national convention.
As much as he drives me nuts on a personal level, he is very good at the engineering side of things. But like so many brilliant engineers, sometimes common sense goes out the window. We will see how this weekend goes. We are a T minus 5 hours at the moment.
