Smonster - he is even a world renowed Water Reclamation specialist. I never know if he is off in Bahrain or India helping them set-up infrastructure or over in Florida speaking at a national convention.
As much as he drives me nuts on a personal level, he is very good at the engineering side of things. But like so many brilliant engineers, sometimes common sense goes out the window. We will see how this weekend goes. We are a T minus 5 hours at the moment.
Punctuation question: This thing happened a hundred years ago. I feel like there should be hyphens in "a hundred year old story" but am not sure where. Halp?

hundred-year-old -- the whole phrase is the modifier.
Yes, if you can't say "hundred story" by itself, then hyphens are a must.
