Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I so want to live in that hobbit house.

...all my words have been taken by my work. - Mala

I should not have looked. The inequity of Criminal Minds just pissed me off and left me feeling angry toward actors I like and respect.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I feel that way about professional sports figures too.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I so want to live in that hobbit house.

I so do not want to live in a hobbit house. Maybe if you took a hobbit house and stacked it on top of another hobbit house and removed the floor/ceiling between the two....

Actually, I've lived in two different places that had sections of ceiling I had to duck to go under. After hitting my head in all possible places I'd learned enough to stop hitting my head in those places.

Librarian Warlord

but throughout the rest of your life if you cannot get more work

I think that's an argument that can be applied to any of us. I'm not guaranteed to have a job next year if they cut the budget.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I love the hobbit house and would be very content to live in one. I have considered trying to build a hobbit hole in the backyard by covering a geodesic dome with sod.

Much ~ma for amyth's brother

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Wasn't the hobbit house thus named more because of the style of it than the height of it? I never got the impression it wasn't human scale.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I did not look at the salaries. I assume there is a 'market' and that like sports there is some risk to things not working out. sign up for a show , canceled in episode or two. However, even though it is none of my business, I hate seeing either athletes or actors doing stupid stuff with their money . Because there careers are so unstable.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Heck, "they" haven't sorted out this year's budget consequences yet at my school.

Watching a voices.com webinar right now. It's actually useful. While I've done more than a year of VO training, I haven't aggressively gone after jobs since training. Too shy about self-marketing. But if I'm going to get a job I can do regardless of my disability, I'm going to have to get over that. It's nice to get a little walkthrough on their site.
