While I haven't gotten the "No promotion for you" response, I have gotten the run around regarding who would be able to tell me if I'm eligible for a promotion and/or what I need to work on.
I really hate this reorganization crap.

Man, my parents in therapy is kinda exhausting. Mom is defensive and holding back. Dad wants to just tell stories about he doesn't get bothered by anything and really he has no issues. They are both so worried about putting stuff out there in the open. UGH.

I've never had therapy but I have to have a psych eval before scheduling my surgery. I worry that I might do the "start telling myriads of stories to avoid talking about important things" thing. I love to talk about myself, just not necessarily about what really matters.
