It's a tramp-stamp.
Natter 66: Get Your Kicks.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, pandas, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Note: it's "core tenets" not "core tenants" and it's "NAS" not "NAZ". Just FYI. Throwing that out there. To, you know, people that never made that mistake.
eta: Also, Inception? Get out of my head. Because this thread title keeps putting it back in.
Pedantic of me, but . . . She becomes Justice Kagan only after she's sworn both the Judicial and Constitutional oaths. I just had to answer this question.
Okay, so Thursday from HELL is still chugging along. I have the book layout down. Now to the printer. Please to hope for efficiency.
I'm also noting how many of you are off I40!

I'd say dammit, but I kind of like having Inception in my head.
Having read Target's apology, it sounds like the non-apology kind. I'm sorry you were upset, we will put in a better system. How about "We shouldn't have donated to a group that supports a man who thinks killing people who are gay is ok just because we'd like to pay less in corporate taxes and screw the middle class."
Also, you can't really compare 2008 to now. This is the first time corporations can donate out of their corporate funds-from another article.
The reaction to Target’s donation highlights the potential risks for businesses that seek to take advantage of a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling that threw out parts of a 63-year-old law that prohibited campaign donations from company funds. The ruling changed regulations in about half the states, but the Target donation in Minnesota was among the first major new corporate moves to come to light.

Ha! You just got incepted.
You just got incepted.
And they said it couldn't be done!
I might just drag my headachey ass out of the house and see it again this weekend, dammit. Nolan, you bastard.
Spent the morning w/o internet. Hopefully the technical stuff around here will be worked out. I will go without plenty of things before I'll go without good broadband.
Got The Guild's video "Game On" going through my head all day. Wish I had that many friends who wanted to make a musical dance video with me...
Trying to summon up the energy and knee-ma to cycle to the Farmers Market, library and TJ's today.
Any Pasadenaffistas have suggestions for fabric stores that carry silks and rayons? The Jo-Ann's near me sucks rocks. I'm not yet up to trying to hazard the Garment District, though.
And they said it couldn't be done!
It's just bloody difficult!

Seriously. I just want to keep seeing it again and again, simply because I enjoy the world and the characters and the look and the music.
