Giles, if you would like to get by in American society, then you are going to have to follow our traditions. You're the patriarch. You have to host the festivities, or it's all meaningless.

That which does not kill you should RUN

Am loving this comic: [link]

GODDAMN JOSS WHEDON YOU ARE THE WORST PUPPY EVER!

That is *awesome.*

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

GODDAMN JOSS WHEDON YOU ARE THE WORST PUPPY EVER!

If I didn't already have an awesome and fairly young tag, I would so use that.

Happy Anniversaries All!

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

The "Wait Wait" crew recreate that sandwich from The Breakfast Club.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I love that they did that, even in the face of the horror and the Cap'n Crunch. And I completely love this:

There are so many better ways we could be recreating 80's movies right now. We could be building a woman with a computer.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I love that one dude who likes it.

And his name? Mike.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That whole thing is awesome.

See, I assumed that the sandwich had mayo, not butter, on it, because if I were to make a lunchmeat sandwich, I would use mayo. The idea of butter and lunchmeat is gag-inducing.

So imagining Cap'n Crunch, Pixy Stix, and *mayo* for all these years is such a revolting combo that the slight revision to Cap'n Crunch, Pixy Stix, and *butter* actually sounds better.

"Somewhere in this building is our talent." Toby Ziegler, my spirit animal

in this, tep is me. Although I have grudgingly eaten butter and lunchmeat, I don't think it's good.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I actually think mayo might help.
