I think the buyer has until 6pm CT tomorrow to accept or counter the offer. WHY NOT NOW?!!?

The paint on the baseboards is peeling off. My gut guess is that means we should have lightly sanded before painting. I really do not want to have to do all this over again. I think I am just going to take blue painters tape and put tape markers everywhere there is a problem. At least as a starting position, my attitude is going to be that he needs to fix all this. The price was very cheap, so I am willing to contribute some more money if things really go over time, but not just for correcting things like spotty painting.
