Question: Will hiding in a cavern with stockpiled chocolate goods be any part of this plan?

I've never heard the second quote, Hec, what's it from?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Leverage is ♥ tonight. Great way to wrap up a season and leave you hungry for more.

SO MUCH LOVE

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

LOVE!

Drugs have caused the headache to subside. I had a midnight snack pb&j with the SO, bless his sick heart, and he is now tucked in. Fire is going, Leverage has been watched (did I mention LOVE?), dog has been let out, in, and is sleeping. I am watching Slovakia play the Czech Republic (politics!). So the crank has receded for the nonce.

I am calling Slovakia for the gold, but odds are not on my side.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I would love to hang out with you sometime, Liese. Solve both our problems.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, we obviously hated each other.

Yup.

I am so sorry I had to leave! Next time, the DH is going to have to do the baby/dog pickups so I can stay out!

So, we had friends (dad and 3 daughters) stopping to spend the night last night on the drive from New Orleans to Washington. The dad said they'd come between 5 and 6. I was working, but mr. flea planned to go out for dinner with the dads and kids and have a nice little visit, brief though it might be, since we have a school/work day today and they'd need to leave to get home today (10+ hour drive).

They rolled up at 10:15pm. Needless to say my kids were asleep, and this morning we got up quietly and left the house at 7:30, so the kids didn't get to see each other at all. I know stuff happens on the road, but he didn't leave NO until noon (it's 550-600 miles). So I'm a little annoyed that I get to feel like the bad guy for making everyone go to school/work this morning, and sad that the kids got all excited to see the girls and didn't get to.

Please tell me he at least called to tell you he was late getting on the road? Otherwise, guest fail!

Also, big box of toys came yesterday and Kalee is busy eating her way through them! Thank you!

Oh, man, Leverage. Netflix On Demand doesn't release it till this afternoon.
