Tracy Morgan Attacked By Shark On "Ellen" (VIDEO)
Tracy Morgan recently appeared on "Ellen" - most likely to promote that awesome Richard Pryor shirt - and his fear of sharks was revealed to a live studio audience. During the interview, Ellen veered the conversation in a "Jaws"-centric direction. It was the perfect set up for the surprise attack.

Evanston High School On Lockdown After Gun Threat
I just read the article on that. I'm glad the school is on lockdown, they should be, but there does not seem to be an immediate threat. A phone call threat, yes, but no gun found at school.
My school was on lockdown a couple of weeks ago due to an armed carjacking across the street. The police wanted us on lockdown until they caught the carjacker. It didn't take too long, thankfully.
Does anyone know anything about New York State non-profit and tax stuff? We have a class at a university, and we purchase books for the students. The students get them for free, as they are non-matriculated students and are paying a per credit hour tuition. We do not pay sales tax when we pay for the book. Our accountant says that we cannot buy them because the students would pay tax if they are buying them.
I take that back--I like this one better!
Very Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.
Hey Nora and Jesse (and other Bostonians):
Steve and I had dinner at Casa Romero Monday night. Have either of you been? I really liked it. Also, we had drinks at the Eliot Hotel and they have a sashimi bar there that looked wonderful (but we only had drinks). We talked for a long time to the awesome bartender Mary, who lives in Cambridge and whose husband is going to be a chef for a new restaurant opening behind M.I.T. She described the planned menu, etc, and I totally think it will be a Nora and Tom place. I bragged to her about your foodie heaven California trip and she said she's extremely envious. Also, she says, stop in at some point and say hi, as she'd love to meet you.
Of course I've never been there....

You buy them and give them to the students? I don't see where there would be an issue, but I am not an accountant!
