Hmmm. I'm a bit torn about this video: [link] On one hand, it's pretty nifty, with a few fun geek jokes thrown in. Some kid put a lot of effort and thought into it. On the other hand, once we get to life forms, apparently history is creatures eating other creatures and men killing other men. The video is labeled "A Brief History of Pretty Much Everything." I wasn't aware that I wasn't part of everything.

And oh, Dick Francis died.
I'm at work, and very bored. I need to prep to teach research to first-year biology students at 8AM tomorrow.
I am at work where I had a first row seat to a huge blow up that may result in someone not working here anymore and then I finished a paper on Marbury v. Madison and Dred Scott.
I am at home, and plan on spending the day cleaning. I've actually accomplished stuff already, which is nice.
Well, I finished upgrading to iTunes plus, and am now finishing up synching my work and home libraries; however, I'm not sure that really counts as productivity.
I'm preparing for a meeting and setting up Liv so she can play games on pbskids.org.
It's between Grover and Kermit for me. Grover earned a lot of childhood love from me for The Monster at the End of This Book. Also for "Over, Under, Around and Through."
I am at work and was hella productive. I am at lunch right now. Having a day and a half away from work kinda made me. I've piles and piles of stuff to get done, including giving boss an approximation of what percentage of time I spend on all of my tasks. (I suspect this is because we've been asked to cut our production tremendously).
I've decided why I am avoiding finishing the draft of this document--it sucks.
And oh, Dick Francis died.
Aww, man. That makes me sad.
