Love the founding fathers vid, but now totally want a "response" using the same song from some "slaves". Fifths of a person what now?

ETA: WTF people? Stop making my Buffistas sick.
Thanks ChiKat. I'm supposed to go back and see my doc in 4 weeks. I'm at a head nodding-eyes trying to shut place, ready to sleep at my desk. Not cool. I just want to suck it up til noon at least. Then I can go nap and finish work from home.
-H -B -t!!!

I totally understand that place and have been there a lot. While it takes 4-6 weeks for it to get to full strength, you'll probably start feeling a difference in about 2 weeks. In the meantime, nap as you can, continue to do karate (exercise really does help), and be kind to yourself.
Happy Birthday, -t!
