What is your ringtone?
Doctor Who theme music from the fourth Doctor. The TARDIS materialising is my message notification noise.
Damn, I'm hungry. No way I'm making it to noon.
I keep hearing the name "Sammy" floating over the cubicles and it's taking me to a Supernatural place.
What is your ringtone?
Deerhoof's "Believe E.S.P."
My ringtone is currently the british ringtone.
Mine is a Carolina wren. It drives the cat
nuts
My ringtone is currently the british ringtone.
How long will there be a "British ringtone"? Not just the preponderance of cellphones, but I'm guessing standard ringtones are in jeopardy because all the phones I've bought recently rang how they damned well pleased. You're going to have to say "classic British ringtone" soon enough.
Ugh. Migraine. Hunger has miraculously dissipated, now that food is heated up.
Daisy, hope you feel better very soon!
Given that most rapes are by men known to the women assaulted, the best rape avoidance tip is "Don't inhabit a planet with men." Which would be inconvenient for all genders, and I'd miss quite a few people.
This is what pisses me off so much about the DADT and the people (men) who are against gays in the military. Soldier interviewed yesterday (I paraphrase): "I don't want someone oggling me in the shower, or hitting on me...I'd be nervous sharing close quarters with a gay."
Um, hello, welcome to being a w-o-m-a-n. And sorry, asshole, but males raping fellow women soldiers is a MUCH bigger (and real) problem than you getting your tush leered at in a shower.
And I'd add that I bet there's a pretty strong correlation between the anti-gays-in-the-military group and male-soldiers-who-are-assholes-to-female-soldiers group.
My ringtone is "Hold On, I'm Coming" by Sam and Dave. I realize it would work better as a ringback thingy.
Tubular Bells
Heh - love it.
Mine is the "classic telephone" sound. Which apparently every other iPhone user also likes, because when I hear it in the office I see about fifteen people reach for their phones.
What is your ringtone?
Mine is the new Panic! song, but now I really, really want it to be "Tubular Bells". Damn.
