Safe travels, meara!
This storm is also screwing up our plans. We were going down to my parents' house this weekend to visit, with DH returning to DC on Sunday evening because he is going to Vienna for a week. I was going to head home on Tuesday. At least the DH will still be around to help shovel us out - I guess that's good, anyway.
My office was 58 degrees this morning when I came in. It has now soared to 59. I think I need to make some trouble with building services.
I am still having tummy troubles and yet I am at work. I thought I was feeling better, but once I starting moving, I started cramping up again. I should probably go home. My problem is that I have a dentist appointment that I just want to get over with, but it's not for another three hours.
Yikes, meara! Better luck next time?
Yuck, Sue. Go home! Unless you're more or less OK and can sit quietly at work....
Trader Joes has become my usual market. That's probably a bit questionable but oh well.
I haven't paid attention to every item, but a lot of staples are cheaper there than at my supermarket (milk and english muffins, at least), so why not.
I have my mam/sono 6 month appt today. ugh. do not want. it'll be another week before I meet with the dr. to have them read. did I mention ugh?
Yuck, Sue. Go home! Unless you're more or less OK and can sit quietly at work....
I bailed out of a committee meeting and just sitting at my desk. So I am going to try and hang in there.
That's ugh-worthy, msbelle.
Did anyone hear Colin Firth on Fresh Air last night? I didn't think I could love him more, and yet, I do.
Sue, I hope you feel better.
Owen came in a second ago and said he had a surprise for me. He went through the DVR memory and deleted my Supernatural reruns because they are "scary."
Definite Ugh,msbelle
Being awake is much harder than it should be right now.
eta: That was very helpful of him, Cashmere.
Just keep reminding yourself how cute he is.
