I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Should help with ear infections, sarameg.

I had them as a kid too.

Because books.

I'm pretty sure the little girl next door them, and they were a big help. Never a fun thing to hear, but he'll do great.

I had chronic ear infections and was within 2 infections of having tube put in...and then I didn't have another for 2 years. I've mostly grown out of them, but I'm really careful about keeping my ears clear when I am sick (and washing them out after swimming.)

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I had a tube in my left ear when I was a kid. The main issue I had with it was having to wear an earplug when I was sitting with my left ear next to an open car window or when I went swimming.

I hope his ears clear up with the tubes, sarameg.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That kind of thing is so weird to me -- my aunt was saying that my cousin would get his tonsils out, if he got strep 7 times a year or something, but he usually gets it 6 times, so no go. That still seems like a shitload of strep infections!

Woohoo, I have a date for the FM tomorrow morning! One of the neighbors I really clicked with (honestly, I liked them all, but she's one of maybe 3 or 4 that you just get a "OK, someday I will have a really bad day and end up drunk and cryinglaughing on her shoulder" vibe from.)

I'm unreasonably pleased. I have such a crush on this place.

What's FM? And that is pleasing!

I'm on an online buying spree. So far, two pairs of boots and one cat scratcher thing.

Farmer's market. Last weekend I was out running errand when one of the other 3 or 4 called, so I went alone. And she's out of town this weekend, so I was thinking I was going alone again (and debating not, since it will be cold, but I want to get more empanadas and possibly some bread and now I WILL go. And not sleep the morning away, which I'd rather not do.)

(FM is a 10-15 minute walk away, and even in winter, is really damned good.)

Crap, must check cash supplies. eta: OK, $30, plenty to get coffee, a stack of empanadas and whatnot. I'm not used to using cash.
