I have an awesome ring with a hematite stone.

Today almost killed me. I'm heading to the pool now and please let it not be crowded.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I used to have an awesome hematite ring, but it was too brittle to live my life and it broke. I've been pretty hematite-shy since then, although I do have some beads waiting to be strung.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, man, those are gorgeous.

Sorry about the windshield and the blizzard, Cash. I hope he gets home okay and not too late.

Next to all the other Christmas clothing at the 99-cent store, it was subdued, almost subtle, I swear.

Eta: Mmm, hematite. I used to have some that I loved. So liquid looking.

I've been known to wear a santa hat as outerwear. It seemed helpful with hitching rides during the last transit strike. I need to get a not-red one for this year since I have a red jacket now.

This is my dream ring [link]

It's Gurhan, 24k gold, .12 carat diamond. It's a stacking ring. For the wedding band, I'd want the stacking ring without a stone. Collectively, they're the size of a normal ring and would come in at about 1,500.

(I love his designs. This way I'd get to wear them every day.)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

It's somewhat comforting and validating to have it confirmed that someone you work with has made people's lives hell at a previous company.

I bought these rings a while back. [link]

They weren't terribly expensive, and they go with half my wardrobe. I'm very fond of them.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I needed a jar of pasta sauce for dinner, and I stopped at the campus grocery store because I didn't feel like going all the way to the regular store just for pasta sauce. The only kind they had without meat was the Rao's, which was $10 a jar, but I figured I probably spent less than 75 cents on the rest of this meal, so I could splurge a little on the sauce.

This stuff is seriously good. Way better than any of the cheaper jarred sauces. I'm not sure it's worth spending $10 on all the time, but now I feel bad about wasting such a good sauce on spaghetti and beanballs -- I need to find something more impressive to put it on.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

It might be $10 a jar, but think about how many meals that you'll get out of it, easily $4 or $5. I mean, if you really like it. Also, you might be able to find it cheaper outside of campus. Lord knows they gouge GW kids.
