Tara: 'Your One-Stop Spot to Shop for Lots of New-Age and Occult Items.' Catchy. Giles: Think so? Tara: Uh huh. In a... hard to say sorta way.

OK, that's kind of a lie, since I said I'd use the coupon with my parents, but still come any time!

I love my hometown. Under 2 inches of snow and schools are opening 3 hours late (you know, so the snow can melt.) Oh and the paper is advising you break out a winter coat, high will barely be 39!!@!@#@!

Truth be told, no road clearing equiptment, so it makes sense. It's just funny in comparison to the possible inch predicted for here which will be an annoyance, not an occasion to shut the city down.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

We have 2! Though we haven't gotten our emails yet (I got one and TomW got one) which is unsettling, considering it's been like 2 hours.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Today's LA groupon is for laser hair removal. Mmm.

C'mon guys. Get the internet moving faster. It's my dead hour. And my head hurts.

Someone here has a hand towel laid out on the seat of their chair. I can't stop staring at it. I can't begin to imagine any palatable reason for it being there.

Excellent (very long - I am only 3 pages in) article about Caster Semenya: [link]

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I was in at 7 again today, but at least I get to leave at 3:30.

No panties! Oh, you said palatable?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Someone here has a hand towel laid out on the seat of their chair.

Is it damp? Does it smell?

(What do you mean, 'you didn't smell it'?)

It's a boy. With trousers on. Which I surreptitiously examined. And they seem fine.

flea, I liked that article. I feel for that poor girl's (I'll use female since she identifies female) consternation. Gender confusion must be bad enough without playing it out on a professional public stage. I think the IAAF and the South African sporting federation don't come off in the best lights. And all the scientific analysis in the world doesn't answer the question of how to divide sporting events.
