I would say overkill, but what business are you in? for something like PR, I could see it maybe. Or if the meeting is a sales pitch.

I would just suggest that she know her audience. There's that one NY foundation that is super obsessed with paper recycling, sending out award letters on backsides of previously used paper and such. Plus anything with a focus on environmrntal issues - things like that should only get an email - sending them unnecceary paper notes could strike them wrong.

Work has my home number, but there is a 50/50 chance I'll answer it and t can be 24 hours before I pick up messages.
for dh they have work cell and some also have personal cell. His work cell works better in our house, so personal cell is iffy at best. I don't know f they have the land line
'd give ;em the cell number, but I wouldn't answer. Just let t go to voice mail. But until you know why they use it,I 'd control it. ( and any time on the phone that is not 'the building blew up ' would be billable as a contractor)
