So when I put away boxes yesterday, I cleared off the hearth of the fireplace [link] (all full up now!) And randomly tossed a pillow there. It's Devi's favorite spot now. It's funny to see her curled up in the nook.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I have a freestanding gas fireplace. Of course, the cats like to sleep on it when it's off, but the one dumb, fluffy cat goes back to it after I have lifted her off and turned it on. I guess it's not too hot for her for a few minutes, but it wigs me out to see her there above the flames.

What a perfect cat nook. Regal.
Ah, my favorite play to end the half.
My hearing has been going (not volume, just articulation)and I've been feeling pressure in both of my ears for a while. I am positive that I have two softball-sized balls of wax in both of my ears, and have Buffistas to thank for this assumption. I FINALLY made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon to have the assumed softballs removed. It will be so lovely to hear again.
I think you'll appreciate this: Part 1 and Part 2.
(This is the comic that I've compared to the relationship The Boy and I have. Also: IUD humor! No, really.)
