I have that problem every holiday. There's all kinds of stuff that I *could* be prepping in advance, but once made, it wants to be eaten!

OMG, remind me not to eat dinner tonight. I had a burger, fries, and a frappe for lunch. It was gooooood. At least I walked the mile there and back.
Then I remembered to look at the websites for the two little hotels right by me (as opposed to the many many large hotels), and was thinking, "I should tell my parents about these places..." Yeah, NSM. They can stay at their own house.

Fortunately, my dish really needs to be prepared directly before Thanksgiving dinner which will be at 2:30pm. That's right, 2:30 in the afternoon, actually more likely 3:00pm.
