I seen you without your clothes on before. Never thought I'd see you naked.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My favorite part of the Christian Side Hug rap is the line "or you'll be riding home in a coma!" Because I totally remember that part of the New Testament where Jesus hates hugs but advocates random acts of violence.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Trader Joe's has dark chocolate-covered caramels with sea salt.

Oh. My. Goodness.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Sure, Matthew 25:40.

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have gratuitously whapped the crap out of one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Now I am picturing Jesus and the Apostles doing the Christian side-hug rap. And side hugging. I am pretty sure Jesus front-hugged, and I am, in general, anti hugging.

I just googled "Lady Gaga" and the top headline was "Taylor Swift Tops Michael Jackson." BAD mental picture!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The Daily Mail yesterday said that Rihanna out-bodysuited Lady Gaga. I think I'm getting old. Boy George and Annie Lennox and Adam Ant's shenanigans were just fine by me, but I find Gaga and Rihanna outlandish. Or maybe I like a more gender-bending look.

hip deep in pie

OH! I've been meaning to say SUE! we got the stuff THANK YOU! because I suck at remembering to send email.

YAY! I was just wondering if they arrived last night.

Just had dinner with my SiL, and then spent some time fruitlessly searching for a beanbag chair for my nephew. The only place that has thme in stock is Walmart and my SiL says they were very cheap-looking. I'm like, go online...but she wants to see what she's buying.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Tomorrow should be a good day to go non-food shopping, right?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Announcement: Trader Joe's has dark chocolate-covered caramels with sea salt. (They're with all the Christmas-themed sweet goodies.)

Analysis: I think I just had a religious experience.

I have a box of these at home that I am saving, for some odd reason. SO GOOD.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

The mall was packed today. Personally I am avoiding all shopping (except for food which I stupidly have to do tomorrow) until at least January.
