I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Knut posted this on FB, yikes: Yeesh, that's terrifying--animated map of U.S. unemployment, 2007-2009: [link]

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

YAY, Cashmere!

I hope they are good drugs.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I do periodically crave salt and vinegar chips, and I love bacon, but they could be less salty. And most things could stand to be less sweet. I like to think I have a dessert tooth, not a sweet tooth. I certainly don't like the two together.

Jeez, msbelle. I think my city started out dark, but that's scary. clings to job and waves awards

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That is terrifying. Yikes.

Unemployment in MA apparently went down last month, but I always wonder if that's because of people leaving the work force, not getting jobs.

I'm trying to remember the percentage you're supposed to add to figure actual unemployment. Drawing a blank. Hey, it was almost 20 years ago I learned it.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

That map is amazing..... darker and darker.

Did anyone else hear about the people being killed for body fat for cosmetics in Peru? [link] I'm sure if you wanted body fat, there must be an easier way to find it.

Saw that, Kat. Freakish.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I would not believe that if it weren't a BBC story. I imagine plastic surgeons can't do anything with the waste from lipo?

Because books.

I'm sure if you wanted body fat, there must be an easier way to find it.

See Fight Club.

Or what Jesse said.
