Kat, re GA, she's an ex-coworker of Owen's, from Iraq. She's only been on the one episode so far, so you haven't missed anything.

I am not confident I can get all of the work done that is supposed to happen in the next couple of weeks, especially given time off around Thanksgiving. Now I'm supposed to be drafting a contract. Seriously? I am not a lawyer.
I just got to see the Olympic flame. However, I had just spent 30 minutes waiting for a bus that got waylaid by traffic control for that f-ing flame, so my first instinct was to throw water on it. The bus never showed, I ended up walking a block to another stop where I had to wait for two busses to pass before one was actually letting passengers on. I just wolfed down food in 20 minutes and now I get to go again. And Clio will not eat. Aaaargh.
This is so cool! Extreme sheepherding. [link]

I sincerely hope that (now that they are on the West Coast) NBC is not going to make us watch them on tape delay like last time. So frustrating.
Sue, sorry it was a super bad inconvenience, but it's also kinda cool!
I'm trying to move all the stuff I've watched off the Tivo. Currently all that is left is 7 episodes of Sesame Street, 8 episodes of Pushing Daisies, a Masterpiece Theater King Lear with Ian McKellen and 27 episodes of Yo Gabba Gabba!
Awww... Bakerella made Sesame Street Cake Pops. I don't know how she does it. I made the cupcake cake pops and they looked TERRIBLE. These are amazing.
Zenkitty, do you have the tinutis in both ears or just one? If its just one, you could try and audio version of the mirror exercises to retrain it.
Trudy, it's both ears. I know it's some kind of nerve damage, because when I tighten my jaw or turn my head rapidly, the sound changes. Sometimes it goes away almost entirely, but the moments of relative quiet don't correlate with stress or food or caffeine or anything else I can figure out. It does get worse after being in a loud environment for a while, but that's not real surprising.
Aw frell.
It sounds hellish.
