Sue, sorry it was a super bad inconvenience, but it's also kinda cool!
I'm trying to move all the stuff I've watched off the Tivo. Currently all that is left is 7 episodes of Sesame Street, 8 episodes of Pushing Daisies, a Masterpiece Theater King Lear with Ian McKellen and 27 episodes of Yo Gabba Gabba!
Awww... Bakerella made Sesame Street Cake Pops. I don't know how she does it. I made the cupcake cake pops and they looked TERRIBLE. These are amazing.
Zenkitty, do you have the tinutis in both ears or just one? If its just one, you could try and audio version of the mirror exercises to retrain it.
Trudy, it's both ears. I know it's some kind of nerve damage, because when I tighten my jaw or turn my head rapidly, the sound changes. Sometimes it goes away almost entirely, but the moments of relative quiet don't correlate with stress or food or caffeine or anything else I can figure out. It does get worse after being in a loud environment for a while, but that's not real surprising.
It isn't hellish, really, it's just annoying. It's a low background buzz; when I'm busy I can just ignore it.
Blast from the past!
I am literally laughing out loud.
audio version of the mirror exercises to retrain it.
What's this? Mine is much stronger in one ear than another--a continuous high pitched whine. I hate it.
Dawn must die!
Ahahaha!
It sounds hellish.
Dawn must die!
Good times, man. Good times.
