I named my tivos "bedroom" and "living room". Boring. It always amuses me when I have my laptop on and I'm in the "now playing list", the tivo tells me that it can see "Ripper"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I could name it kprinkle

I think you should. And I think Kat should name her home network kprinkle too. Flood the world with a wave of kprinkle.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have renamed my network, and then signed back onto it. I am not a technological dunce after all.

I just cancelled plans for tonight because I no longer feel like working, and yet have more work to do. Bah!

I don't have naming rights on the server. That's K's thing. And yes, it's the default name not broadcast so you have to know it's there at all.

Done with hair dye...I hope most of the gray is gone.

Fifteen-year-old dials 911 after parents take away his XBox.

A 15-year-old boy told Buffalo Grove police that his parents had taken away his video game system and asked whether they were within their rights.

They were, police told him.

The teen called 911 about 12:50 p.m. Sunday but then hung up, said Cmdr. Steve Husak. Officers went to the house, and after hearing the story, told the youth that his parents have the authority to take away his Xbox as punishment.

He also was advised to listen to his parents, Husak said. Husak did not know why the boy was being punished.

I think my favorite part of my hair dye experience is that, as usual, I got dye on me. But today it was on my armpit! It's awesome.
