And did this person have suggestions on how to accomplish that?
I'm asking because i'd like more time to myself that is enjoyable too, but DAMN, I can't seem to accomplish that as currently my "time to myself" is either at work or a work-related event or at Target/Grocery Store/TJs or in the car.

My father too. He'd been through so much and it was clear that nothing compared to shingles.
