Does anyone have an opinion on "predominantly" vs. "predominately"? It's confusing me.
The second is just a variant. But I like, and use, the first.
The former is a word. The latter isn't.

Yeah, me too. Everything I can find says that, more or less, "predominately" is correct, but I really want to correct it to "predominantly."

"Predominately" sounds horrible. I guess there's no reason beyond the personal to change it to predominantly, but I'd sure try and sneak the changes by.
