Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I often think "wow, she is so much stronger than me, I don't think I could handle that".

Totally this.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

FWIW, I've more than once told my therapist about msbelle and mac, and how much I admire msbelle's fortitude.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

ours was "Hey! Hey what! Get laid, get fucked!" We also chanted "Drunk and hor-nay!" (or a regional variation of "fuckin' bullshit") along with the "Mony, Mony" chorus

Ours was "Get Drunk, Get Laid, Get Stoned".

As for CJ, I'll hold off on the doc for now...will see what the foot soaks and neosporin do for it.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I often think "wow, she is so much stronger than me, I don't think I could handle that".

So very much this.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Didn't make it up before 6. Oh, I tossed around waiting for the alarm to go off at 5:45, but at 6:20 realised I'd set it for PM. So I'm running way late. Waiting in the car dealership for a ride to the rental place.

Coding and Sleeping

I've been impressed by msbelle's ability to deal as well. She's pretty amazing.

This is an interesting follow-up on that survey of Oklahoma High School Seniors that showed that only 23% knew George Washington was the first president.

I still feel a bit bad that the original survey didn't set off my skeptical senses.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

msbelle has amazed me with her parenting skills and fortitude. I have an acquaintance who tells me I should adopt because she thinks I'd be a great mother, but I just shake my head--I'm too selfish and set in my ways, and I know I wouldn't have the patience to deal with a child by myself.

ours was "Hey! Hey what! Get laid, get fucked!"

That was ours, too. I've never heard any other inserts for that song before today.

So much gronkified this morning--I didn't get to sleep until 5:00, and then the alarm went off at 8:00 and I have yet to fully wake up two hours later.

I also keep in mind with surveys of high school students, that it's the prime age for sarcasm to authority figures, and filling out bogus anonymous answers to boring surveys is kind of fun....

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am in no way stronger than you all. We deal with what comes up, you know? Thanks all the same.

Well, if your ears are burning a little when I'm meeting with my therapist, you know it's because I'm holding you up as a Shining Example, OK? :-)
