I have been making a coconut shrimp with sweeted coconut meat, curry powder, lime juice, garlic, sweet peppers onions, a little bit of honey. Served over pasta.
No shrimp in house, but do have tempeh. Hmm - if I marinate the tempeh in sauce before cook....? (And given this is grain tempeh, no need for pasta). Good idea? Bad idea?
Sounds good to me. I usually boil or steam the tempeh a bit before using it in something like that, but that's really a personal preference thing. (Boiling or steaming makes it slightly less bitter, so it depends on whether you like the bitter taste.)
Sleepy Grace killed me DED
Grace!! I was going comment on this one [link] that she's really not impressed with that apple, but then I saw the title of the next picture. Heh.
Cindy,I spent too much time on Kos yesterday so I'm happy, pissed-off, and confused about Health Care all at once.
Aren't we lucky that the internet clears things up so nicely?
Eeeh! so exciting to see Grace and Noah in their side-by-side car seats. That's a lot of cute.
Is it Juliana that the woman in this picture looks like? I know it's someone... (From here.
Go Grace!
I had snowberry honey ages ago at a farmer's market tasting and it was aaaaaaaaawesome. I'm not normally a huge honey fan, but that stuff was fantastic.
Gracie's got her apple photo! Excellent! I love her in glasses. And am sort of still amazed she leaves them be.
Raked up the steps and sidewalk and did some of the yard, but I need a new rake to do that properly. And one of my neighbors did a good portion of my sidewalk, which was sweet. Still, 2 full bags of leaves.
About to leave for the pool. DId get my walk in, which was nice. It was in the low 70s today, so just gorgeous.
