Gracie's got her apple photo! Excellent! I love her in glasses. And am sort of still amazed she leaves them be.

Raked up the steps and sidewalk and did some of the yard, but I need a new rake to do that properly. And one of my neighbors did a good portion of my sidewalk, which was sweet. Still, 2 full bags of leaves.

About to leave for the pool. DId get my walk in, which was nice. It was in the low 70s today, so just gorgeous.

Made beer bread with guinness and creamy chicken rice soup. Early dinner because Im headed to the theatre for the invited dress rehearsal before previews this week. it was gooooood.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

OMG, I've made the Jack Devine Stew and the broth is so good I'm stealing ladle-fuls to a bowl and dipping buttered Italian bread in it and sopping it up.

I love it when Grace gets out and about.

Hail to Emmett! He missed five homework assignments when he was sick last week and he did four of them before 1pm today. That's 77 ding dang math problems! 23 more to go.

Also we went out and did long toss in preparation for not only baseball tryouts but his upcoming season in Juniors. Juniors puts 13 and 14 y.o.s on a major league size field. It's a long-ass throw from catcher to second base now.
