The trailer is more of a last-straw thing, but look at it. How do we indicate that these people have advanced technology? We show them curing cancer easily and painlessly. What kind of cancer? Well, it's not specified, but the chain is pretty easy to follow:
Tanned girl in bikini + Cancer -> skin cancer you got because you're a lazy bitch who lolls in the sun all day -> you are UNNATURALLY AVOIDING your JUST PUNISHMENT for not GRUBBING IN THE BACKBREAKING DIRT ALL DAY like humans always have and always will, forever and status quo, AMEN!
