Sam Rockwell is *fantastic* in Moon. Tiny movie, but a really smart, thoughtful Sci-Fi. Rockwell IS the entire movie and he carries it marvellously. Based on that and Source Code, I'm also keen to see what Duncan Jones (son of David Bowie) will do next.

It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
Bowie wrote the song "Kooks" to his newborn son, then known as Zowie.
Sam Rockwell's appearances in Galaxy Quest, HGTTG, and Moon have more or less made me a fan for life. (And unlike Ed Norton, I don't know anything about him being a giant assberet off set.)
The only time I enjoyed Norton was when he was dressed as Barney in a black comedy.
I *LOVE* Death To Smoochy. OMG, that movie was fantastic.

Rob Thomas has a Veronica Mars movie pitch on Kickstarter: [link]
Veronica Mars is busy making out with Seth Cohen (reference to last House of Lies episode), she can't come to the phone right now.
It is kind of fun to watch the numbers go up on that site. Every time I refresh it is higher and higher
Be sure to watch the video for the Kickstarter. It's delightful (and Enrico Colantoni is hilarious). Right now it's at $466k; I bet it hits $1 million by the end of the day.
Weirdly, I was just starting to re-watch S1 of VM last week. A movie would rock my rocks.
Rock on.
