Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ooof, Fay.

At least when my grandmother like that died, my mom and her sister made it easy by not having a funeral, so I didn't have to decide if I should fly home! (They claimed they were going to have a memorial service later in the year, when the weather was nicer, but...somehow never got around to it. I asked my mom recently and she said she thinks grandma's ashes are probably somewhere in my aunt's closet. Oops.)

I'm sorry, Fay. I'm glad you'll be able to be there for your mom, though.

Ow. My shoulder is throbbing again. One hour until I can take more meds. My doctor gave me a prescription for a TENS, but I haven't gotten it yet. REALLY want it now.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Oh, Fay. You know what? It might be easier for your mom to stress about you coming home than for her to fully grieve about your grandmother. So maybe let her stress about you, if it helps her. (Does that make sense?)

I am sick of the choice of plus sized clothing that I can afford around me. What websites do people who buy plus sized clothing recommend? I need stuff that would work in a casual office setting (ie, Torrid won't work).

alight.com -- can be hit or miss, in terms of quality and fit
jessicalondon.com
silhouettes.com -- I love almost everything I've gotten from them, though they can be pricey
newportnews.com -- they have plus sizes in addition to regular sizes -- I've gotten a couple of things from them that I like

I like some of Coldwater Creek's clothes (although some of it is downright frumpy), and the quality is very good, but it is rather pricey UNLESS you check out the outlet part of their website.

Did you check Target's website? They have plus sizes.

A few places I know of but haven't shopped at (so I can't vouch for them one way or the other):

roamans.com
womanwithin.com
dressbarn.com -- has plus sizes in addition to regular sizes
