Hil, my doctor started me on it a couple of months ago. It's really helped. Also, I think I hit the side effect jackpot - I sleep like a baby and it's suppressed my appetite.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Whoa. Just started feeling kind of loopy. Tramadol is interesting.
Eek. I avoid it - it made me sick for about a year. Great pain control, icky side effects. Except for a lucky few. (Enjoy, Toddson!)
Red, with white ragtop.
Oh, so cool.
When I was a young 'un, my dad had a slightly creaky but otherwise lovely, second-hand red Porsche convertible for about a year - an adventure on wheels. I love driving with the top down. (Which I have experienced exactly twice. I live in a very damp country.)
generally speaking, I don't like ragtops. My bro-in-law had a convertible mustang 5.0. We'd ride down Pacific Coast Hiway with the top down at breakneck speeds. Ouch. Very bad on the ears. Did.Not.Like. I'll take my quiet Prius, thankyouverymuch. But I can't argue the cool factor.
I've been surprised that I can still carry on a conversation without shouting when driving on the highway in my Lincoln convertible. Of course, it gets such bad gas mileage that I tend to stick to 65 or 70 mph while on the highway.
Hmm. My shoulder is hurting less, but my back is hurting a whole lot more.
Burrell, given I have nothing to do during the day once I've done the job apps, I mightn't last until the weekend. But now I'm tempted to wait.
I certainly hope you feel better before the weekend. I'll send an e or call when I have firmed up my plans.
Dental work today. I think the Dentist overnumbed it. Filling in the lower right. Top of my head, entire chin and lower lip still numb.
I love my convertible-- of course, given that I waited over twenty years to get one... it's a bit of a love affair. But the thing I love best about it is that it's a hard-top convertible.
AIMS!! I love your Vicodin-stoned ass, and am full of YAY!! that you're back!
Glad to hear you are home and resting up, Aimee.
