Bonny, your link doesn't work, and I'm curious. I use this. It doesn't have the same taste or consistency as regular or whole wheat pasta, but after more than a year without mac&cheese, it does pretty well.
I don't do cheddar mac, the taste difference is off-putting. I cook a half-cup dry pasta to directions, drain and put back in pan with a tsp. butter, Tbsp. half & half, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, a sprinkle (maybe 1/8 cup, or less) of shredded mixed skim mozzie, provolone, romano, fortuna, parm, and asiago, with a shake of grated dry parm, romano and asiago, a token grind of sea salt and a good healthy coarse grind of black pepper. Comfort food for grownups.

The pain from my recent tooth extractions mostly seemed to be where the dentist was gripping my numbed face. It didn't last long. It just took the starch out of me for a couple of days.
