They were excited in local news today to get our first swine flu incident in Florida. A Mexican vacationer in Orlando. Guess we'll be ok unless we go to Disneyworld.
Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Of course, I'm wondering if they were at the Mexico pavilion at Epcot.
I know... I know... Sorry.
Just finished teaching my last class of the semester!
Oh, and one of my students just got back from San Diego and is feeling sick, and decided to come to class to tell me that she wouldn't be staying for the rest of the class period. This is what email is for, people!
Still no AC in my apartment. Which means still no way I am cooking anything. So, dinner is pita with hummus. I mixed some ground flax seed into the hummus, to try to be all healthy about it.
haD dr appt. Having heart tests. Probably nothing. Hate blackberry storm!
Hope everything turns out OK, vw. "Probably nothing" sounds good.
Yeah. My doctor said his favorite thing: "So, it's likely it will just go away on its own. And if it doesn't, it could happen again, or it could get worse. Those are our three possibilities that I see."
He's a goof. They really think it's just nothing but are running the tests to be sure.
This is why I don't watch commercials. I also don't watch the "next week on . . ." at the ends of shows. I'm even becoming wary of the Tivo info blurbs.
Vortex is me. Dudes, I want to have the option of watching the show and enjoying it. Not know The Big Secret going in.

I have allergies / sleeping-open-mouthed-while-mid-root-canal cough and flew into San Diego on Saturday. Couple those two things with spending all day in a hospital today? I am getting some evil looks. I do not have swine flu, people. It's amazing, but my lungs are actually kind of awesome right now.

I hope it's nothing but I like your doctor too. He's goofy.
much ~ma for your dad, Cass. I hope all goes well.
So much ~ma Cass!
