Gavin, ask yourself this question. What are you more afraid of, a giant murderous demon or me?

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yay babytea!

genetic condition causing joint problems and some other fun

Ehlers-Danlos here. I've kind of gone back and forth over whether I think of it as a disability -- there were some years when I was registered with Disability Student Services at school, and other years that I wasn't, and there are some days that I feel pretty much fine and can do most things that other people can do, and other days that pretty much any movement causes problems, and then a whole lot of days somewhere in between. Various splints and slings come on and off all the time.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

PMM, I just watched the series finale (and the pilot, but the less said about that the better) of Dark Angel, and was wondering if there was official word of what S3 would have looked like had it not been KILLED BY FIREFLY.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Bev can answer that better. There were apparently warring factions, one with an interesting idea, one with a really lame one. Which, given s2, probably means you'd have had a hot mess that made no sense as they fought. When did Alba and MW split up? Shortly after the show was cancelled, or a while?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Scenes from a Recession is a great episode of This American Life. I got home and couldn't stop listening.

I have no air conditioning. The temperature outside has dropped down to 77. I've got my windows open and a fan going, and it's still in the eighties in here.

What the HELL is the point of Who's Dated Who website entry if it doesn't tell you from when to when? Not that their info is that accurate, given the Colin Ferguson entry.

Actually, PMM, I didn't know they'd ever dated.

What was your opinion of when the show sucked and when it was worth watching?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Question for dog people -- My friend J is babysitting another friend's english bulldog. The bulldog has a rash -- not very itchy -- the dog doesn't seem to care. It seems to be getting worse. I'm having J call the vet - I don't think it is urgent, and I think it is just something that happens to bulldogs -- they seem to have sensitive skin. ( I know pit's have sensitive skin)
