I used to faint in the heat a lot, but salt helps me. (High point: fainting in a very long line at a world's fair.)
Isn't it great when you get into a groove like that, askye?
There's a lot of room in all food expiration dates, since the manufacturers have a vested interest in people not keeling over after eating their products. The main thing that can happen in flour is a stale taste from the oil in the flour turning rancid, which is why I keep my flour in the refrigerator when I'm not baking much.
Yeah, we keep our whole wheat flour in the freezer.
vw, ugh- hope you feel better soon. Tom and I were both heat exhausted yesterday, Tom more so than me, poor guy.
Ugh, my left sinus hurts like a bitch!
On page 9 of the paper- hoping to get around 15 by the time I knock off for the day.
Uh-oh. Afternoon productivity may be threatened by neighbors coming over with margaritas.

t helpful!
Doc had me drink 2 quarts of Gatorade. What do we say? If it tastes good, you must need it?
I have committed twitter. @seankozma in my continuing quest to be the least anonymous person on the Internet.
Did good work on paper. Being rewarded with pizza and Angel season two (the other half wanted to see something familiar). Hurrah.
vw bug, here's hoping you feel better soon.
Nora, the margaritas sound lovely.
Heh, OK, wrong thread. Now I get to introduce myself here as well as Natter, then! Hi. :)
vw - yes that is what is said. I hear that G2 might be better- all the electrolytes but less sugar or something.
