Anyone seen any cute and not too pricey picture hats?
Er, give me a better description of what you're looking for, and I might have?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I want a nice big straw hat with a nice big brim (and a big crown for my big head) in which to look swank. In a solid color.
I'm going for this look: [link]
And they have scads of colors. And there is a similar Lands End suit in another half scad. So I figure it's easier to match the suit to the hat than vice versa.
Oh, you want a basic sunhat! Newport News has a stripy one: [link]
Target has them in black and orange. But seriously, check places like Sears. They always have 'em.
Sears it is!
I don't know what made me decide on a swanky summer, but decide I have.
During that year when I had to wear hats, I found that Sears and Penney's had the most hat variety for the least money.
You would rock that hat that Jilli linked with a black or white suit. But a solid might get more use.
Heh:
Mayor Richard M. Daley of Chicago, Illinois, has declared Thursday as "Talk Like Shakespeare Day" to celebrate the 445th birthday of the man many consider the greatest playwright in the English language.
Man I love those Esther Williams suits but my bust is a size 4 and my hips are a size 12. I guess I could try ordering a 10.
I need either a dress to go along with my red church hat (round, smallish brim, alternating sheer and opaque tulle stripes, is definitely a Church Crown) or a hat to go with my black and white polka-dotted, halter-top (medium-skirted in terms of puff and length) dress. Yes, this is for the Kentucky Derby party I'm helping with.
juliana, I have a couple of black hats you could try. Are you free any evening over the next few days?
oh, mother goddess, he's back. The moron I put in two extra hours with last night wherein he installed everything wrong, he just came in asking for the location of the settings for his network connections. And he's already spent three hours with two other techs today.
And then he said, "Never mind, I found it, you just have to right click on the .xml file and edit the path. Bye!"
no, no, no . . . morons should not edit settings files on their own . . . I will not spend more time on this idiot!
