You're like my fairy godmother, and Santa Claus, and Q all wrapped up into one! Q from Bond, not Star Trek.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

"enslaving?"

I do not think this means what she thinks it means.

(See also "exponentially", for that matter.)

Oh, yeah. The spelling was atrocious, but again, I don't want to be MEAN.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Shir...

fo shizzle = for sure

my nizzle = my (n-word)

I'm pretty sure all the izzing can be traced back to Snoop Doggy Dog.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Also, ask her how many times she protested Bush's budget deficits.

That's what I'd like to know. Where were all these protesters when the budget deficits were doubling under Bush?

Tea Parties were pure Astroturf--not grassroots.

This is what got the whole thing started: [link]

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Perhaps "thie Tea Paties" were a grassroots movement.

“Not dead yet!”

I just flipped at my brother's MIL in his FB. She said:

Anyone else want to take the +100 red pen of editing to that email?

I know... I know... I can't help it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm really hating this new conotation of teaparty. I like teaparties!

Yay, vw for saying something!

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

And it's totally RUINED the meaning of teabagging.

The DC "tea party" didn't come off as planned - they couldn't drop their "one million" tea bags in Lafayette Square and couldn't set up their speaker stand in front of the Treasury building because they didn't have a permit (for the speaker stand - the tea bags I'm unclear on). I'm wondering if they deliberately neglected to get a permit - or the proper permit - so they could later scream about being discriminated against by the overwhelming forces of the liberal tyrants.

And, in demonstration news, it seems that the IMF and World Bank will be in town this weekend - DCistas, plan to stay away from the demonstrations. And traffic.
