Act 1 run thru went ok! But the A/C is not working, and the theater is HOT! All the costumes are wool. Now they are just doing notes, and the ladies are in corsets and petticoats only. Seems kinda Buffista-esque.

I'm having an attack of "I should be doing something more important with my life." I'm just not sure what that "something more important" is.
Although, right now, cleaning my apartment would be a good start. It's a mess, and I know that I can't do much when my apartment is this bad -- scattered apartment leads to scattered brain, and I can't focus on anything until I get it clean.

About the time Jason Giambi went to the Yankees I put a curse on them. Any free agent that went to the Yankees to take the big money and try to win a World Series would not.
Giambi never won a series with the Yankees during the term of his contract. And CC and Tex won't either.
A-Rod, curiously, came to the Bombers via trade. So there's still hope for him.

I'm a fan of developing a strong farm system, and having a strong team, rather than collection of "stars".
Cashman might go first. It's not Joe's fault A-Rod is out, and Wang has been terrible.Ya, I wouldn't mind seeing that. I'm curious when they pulled Wang. (Stupid work keeping me from watching baseball... although, it might have saved my neighbors from hearing me rant and rave at the idiot box).

With these two wins against the Yanks, Wedge insured his job for at least a little longer. Before that, I was betting he'd be the first manager to go.
But no, omnis, I'm not going to gloat... much. If I do, I'm afraid I'll curse the Marlins. As it is, the starters need to really start pulling their weight. They can't keep counting on the bullpen to save their asses.

Where do all my pillowcases disappear to? Whenever I buy sheets, I buy a set with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillowcases, all the same color. Right now, I can find four pillowcases, all different colors. No pair of matching pillowcases anywhere.
