I'm thinking about buying something very expensive. Maybe an antelope.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Um.

Did we know that Nick Brendon is playing himself in the pilot of a show that is, not to put too fine a point on it, RPF?

head explodes with the meta

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow. That looks like a low-end Entourage.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm very much hoping you won't still be sick in a week and a half when the party is.

I've had a sinus infection since January. I think it's a pretty safe bet that you'll still have a sick friend in a week and a half.

It took me a long time, but I finally came to terms with the fact that there's no obligation to explain why you turn down an invitation. I just say, "I'm sorry I can't be there," which is the truth. I may just be sorry that a friend or relative has taken up selling things in the guise of parties, but I'm still sorry.

What does RPF mean? ETA: Real Person Fiction?

askye - Apr 08, 2009 6:10:57 pm PDT #6158 of 30000
Thrive to spite them

Yeah it's Real Person Fic.

I've been watching S1 of Burn Notice on dvd and I just watched part of the Quincy Rose pilot and Nick Brendan looks A LOT like Bruce Campbell. The pink shirt Nick's wearing, the sunburn in the start of that..might as well been on set of Burn Notice as Sam's long lost son. Or brother. Or something. (Bruce Campbell sooooo should have been Xander's dad).

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I'm pretty addicted to my satellite radio as well. Between that and the iPod adapter in the car I rarely turn to regular radio.

Between my iPod and NPR, I don't think I'd really use satellite radio.

The hunters KILLED me ded.

ION, my brain is up to no good. It just demanded I download Eric Carmen: The Definitive Collection. I don't know why.

Clearly, something's afoot in the subconscious. I suspect I should be very scared.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Eric Carmen: The Definitive Collection.

I thought that was Eric Cartman: The Definitive Collection. Featuring "Kyle's Mom's a Bitch" and "Come Sail Away."

For me it's the two channels of NPR on Sirius that I'm tuned into much of the time.
