Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Hil, I'm sure that's a message from On High that you needed the rest more than the special service. You've had a rough time of it lately, with all the pain you've been in, draining your energy and denying you sleep. I hope you have a lovely time with your family.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Dear God.

It just occurred to me that I'm the youngest at this year's Seder.

It's been at least 5 years since the last time I had to sing the Four Questions.

Hee. I know I'm going to have to sing them, even though I'm not the youngest. My cousin is two months younger than me, but he always refuses. (I'm not sure whether he still remembers how to read Hebrew. I haven't seen him read anything in Hebrew since his bar mitzvah 15 years ago.)

As for the sun blessing thing, I am definitely making it to the next one. This date, 2037. I'll be 54.

Snow still BAD though, especially in April.

Mostly lurking...

I like hearing about the Seder plans. And the Kugel.

Me too. It is helping to calm me! Also, Kugel is of the YUM. Had it at Yom Kippur. It tastes like my dad's bread pudding. Totally yum.
